I have been a Zenker Insurance Agency customer for nearly 20 years. Nothing sells a product like its track record. I can truthfully say I have never had a bad experience with Zenker Insurance Agency. Although I have had few claims, they have all been handled professionally, promptly, and fairly.
In your life you will always have acquaintances, but you will have only a few real friends (someone who is there when you need them). Zenker Insurance Agency is one I would call a friend.” Zenker Insurance Agency is a great company. They are honest and they provide excellent customer service. I would recommend Zenker Insurance Agency to anyone who wants an awesome Insurance Company who really cares and takes care of their customers like family.

I have been with Zenker Insurance for well over 20 years. Staffed with friendly and caring people who raise the bar of customer service to make sure that I have all the information I need and my questions have been answered. With life being such a busy and constant adventure, it is very comforting to know that Zenker Insurance has my insurance needs covered.

Insurance companies come a dime a dozen, some good, some bad, some inbetween. Their service and rates vary accordingly. The Zenkers are outside that large box. The Zenkers are real people, caring people and they not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. I am in a service industry too and I can honestly say, I have never seen such great people that have performed so graciously, thoroughly and caring for my family’s needs like these guys. They care more about you than the almighty dollar! Rare quality!

I have been struggling with the complicated insurance application process for a few months now, and the Zenker Insurance agency has been a tremendous help. I have some pre-existing conditions and got denied coverage, and without them I honestly wouldn’t have really known what to do. I think Debbie from Zenker spent more than 5 hours personally with me on the phone over the past few months. Thank you so much guys!
