Insurance companies come a dime a dozen, some good, some bad, some inbetween. Their service and rates vary accordingly. The Zenkers are outside that large box. The Zenkers are real people, caring people and they not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. I am in a service industry too and I can honestly say, I have never seen such great people that have performed so graciously, thoroughly and caring for my family’s needs like these guys. Completely Satisfied! I highly recommend Zenker Insurance Agency!! I have been with them since 2002 and each year on renewal I seek new quotes. Shawn and Debbie are always working for the best price without compromising coverage and will not recommend unnecessary coverage. They are straight up and they will tell you if they can not get the best deal. Their service is very personal, they have taken the time to get to know me, my family (I moved my parents insurance to them), my assets and my properties. When I call, they know who I am, the details of my policies and account, so it is always an easy conversation. I noticed all their reviews are five star, so it may seem odd, but after one call to their office for just a quote, you will understand. They are very knowledgeable and are able to help you understand what you may or may not need. They are attentive, personable and extemely honest. Although we have not met in person, I feel like they treat me like family and I consider them good family friends.
